Please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy to understand the terms governing the use of our web development, web hosting, and digital marketing services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following policies.

1. Web Development Services

We are committed to ensuring that our clients receive fully functional and high-quality websites as per the agreed project scope. Therefore, our refund policy for web development is as follows:

     

      • Refund Eligibility :: Refunds will only be issued if the project is not delivered according to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and deliverables outlined in the contract. In such cases, you may request a refund for the full or partial amount based on the stage of the project.

      • Refund Exclusions : Once a project has been completed and delivered to the client, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. If changes or modifications are required post-delivery, they will be billed separately unless covered under a pre-existing maintenance or revision agreement.

    2. Web Hosting Services

    Our web hosting packages include a range of hosting solutions, including shared and dedicated server options. Please note the following terms related to refunds and cancellations:

       

        • Shared Hosting Refunds: For shared hosting plans, clients may request a refund within the first 30 days if they are dissatisfied with the service. Refunds will be processed for the unused portion of the subscription.

        • Dedicated Hosting Refunds: Due to the nature of dedicated servers, which are purchased specifically for each client, dedicated server hosting is non-refundable. Once a dedicated server is allocated, the full amount is considered spent and cannot be refunded.

        • Early Termination: Clients may cancel their hosting services at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for VPS & Dedicated Hosting Servers

      3. Digital Marketing Services

      Our digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO, are subject to the following refund and cancellation policy:

         

          • Service Fee: For all digital marketing campaigns, 20% of the total budget is allocated as a non-refundable service fee. This fee covers our expertise, strategy, and campaign management.

          • Marketing Budget: The remaining 80% of the budget is used for paid marketing activities (e.g., ads, promotions). Once the funds are spent on marketing platforms, they are non-refundable.

          • Campaign Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a marketing campaign before it has been fully executed, any remaining unused marketing funds may be refunded. However, the 20% service fee is non-refundable, and any ads that have already been run or paid for are not eligible for a refund.

          • Performance Disclaimer: We strive to deliver the best possible results for your digital marketing campaigns. However, due to the inherent nature of advertising and market conditions, results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.

        4. General Cancellation Policy

           

            • Project Delays: In the event of delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary information or materials), the refund policy may be voided, and the project will be considered ineligible for cancellation or refund.

            • Termination of Agreement: Both parties may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice. If the termination occurs after the work has started, refunds will only be issued for work not yet completed or services not yet rendered.

          5. Chargeback Policy

          In cases of disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to provide documentation of services rendered, including but not limited to contracts, project timelines, and proof of work delivered. We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback, as this may result in project termination.
